My Two Newest Books… are here and ready to sell…I’ve been busy writing up a storm. You can now read about, “Heaven, Hell & Beyond” and a special in-depth look at “The Life & Destiny of The God-Man.” which follows the movement of the image and likeness of God through the human experience. It has been a real eye opener. Man’s eternal destiny is revealed in a most unusual way. Both books can be purchased from my website, www.marinellichristianbooks.com. Amazon is now fulfilling orders.
Sponsorships…I met a guy the other day from up-state New York. I gave him my business card for marinellichristianbooks.com. He quickly told me that he is not into reading books. However, he wanted to know how much they cost.
I told him that most of the books were $15 on the international market but I’d make a special deal just for him if he bought a book that night. He opened his wallet and gave me $10 and said,” I’ll buy a book but I want you to give it to someone that can’t afford to purchase a book.” I said, Ok and gave a book to a person that just the day before told me she couldn’t buy one because of finances.
The experience led me to adding this to my newsletter to see if any of my VIP friends that read my newsletters might want to do the same as the out of state stranger. If you feel generous and can help, please send me a check for $10 per book and I will be sure to put as many books as you sponsor in the hands of a reader that has no money.
You can be the blessing for others less fortunate. Make your check out to John Marinelli and send it to PO Box 831413 Ocala FL 34483. Then email me at johnmarinelli@embarqmail.com. Let me know you mailed it as I do not check the Post Office box regularly.

Easter 2023…Easter Sunday falls on April 9, 2023, just over a week earlier than in 2022, when it fell on April 17.
Easter is set to arrive near the end of the school holidays, and next year’s celebrations are set to come midway through the break.
May we all give thanks for the death, burial, resurrection and assentation of Jesus, the Christ of God. He was and still is the spotless Lamb that was sacrificed to pay the penalty for man’s sin. Without his sacrifice, we would be forever lost and eternally separated from God. With his finished work of grace, we have hope and that’s the reason we celebrate.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
Let’s all rejoice this Easter and be exceedingly glad for our redemption is close at hand.
I just had a birthday. I am now 78 years young. I am a bit nervous because my grandmother, my father, my sister and one of my aunts all died at age 78. Now I am at the same age. The good news is that I have some hope that I will live longer. My mother just passed away on 3/30/2023 after living 8 months beyond 100-years old. My other grandmother lived to be 95. My other aunt lived just over 100 years.
How long will I live? In my research for a book I am writing, I read that in the US 150,000 people die every hour on the average. I also know from the Bible that death is an appointment. Hebrews 9:27…”And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:”
I guess at age 78, I think more about leaving this world than staying. In that thought process, I have discovered that God loves me and my death appointment is actually an invitation to join him in eternity. That knowledge gives me hope, brings me peace and keeps me thinking positive.
I put my trust in Jesus and walk with him by faith, knowing that when my time comes, Jesus will be there to welcome me into his kingdom.
Do you own a firearm? If you do or are thinking about getting one, you will need my book on gun safety and delf-defense. It is titled, “Shadows in the Light of a Pale Moon” It’s all about a fictional character, Benny Ackerman, that did it all wrong when called on to defend himself and his family. I deal with mistakes made and lessons learned.

Thought For Today…What’s coming out of your mouth? The Bible says, ”And he called the multitude, and said unto them, hear, and understand: Not that which goes into the mouth defiles a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defiles a man.”
Listen to hear your own words. If they speak of gossip, lies, hate or other things that are not helpful, you are in a bad place. Here’s why: what you are saying reflects who you are inside. If your words are bad, you will speak bad things and defile your own body.
“But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.” Matthew 12:36
Let’s be a blessing to those around us, even if they are not worthy of being blessed. After all, that is what God did for us. “And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses;” Colossians 2:13
Barnes & Noble…Poet’s Open Mic Night, 7-PM at the Ocala Barnes & Noble store on Friday April 14th. I will be there with 2 poetry books and will read a few poems during the open mic time. One book is called “Morning Reign” and there is another that can be a great pastor’s resource. That book is called “Pulpit Poems.” Come by and read a poem, say hi and buy a book.
Until Next Time
